People who write down their goals are 42% more likely to achieve them
There’s something wildly powerful about putting pen to paper.
Writing things down makes them real.
It moves dreams from the mind… into momentum.
In fact, studies show you’re 42% more likely to achieve your goal if you write it down.
So let’s pause for a second.
Have you actually written down your business goals lately?
Not just “grow my audience” or “make more money.”
I mean specific, clear, soul-level goals.
If not this is your moment.
Why This Stat Matters
Most solopreneurs struggle not because they don’t have goals…
But because their goals are trapped in their heads.
And when your goals aren’t written down, they’re just hopes. Wishes. Ideas that fade in the face of real life.
Writing them down gives you:
Direction
Motivation
Measurable progress
And that makes your strategy easier to build.
The Real Problem
You can’t hit a goal you haven’t defined.
If your content, products, or sales strategy feels chaotic it’s probably because your end game isn’t clear.
Vague goals = vague strategy = vague results.
The Solution
Get clear on what you want, and make every piece of content lead to that outcome.
When I sit down to create content, I ask:
What’s my goal for this month?
What offer am I focusing on?
What belief do I need to shift in my ICA today?
That’s how you turn chaos into consistency.
3 Things You Can Do Today
Write down 1 business goal and 1 personal goal.
Make them specific: “Grow my list to 500 people.” “Sell 15 of my guides this month.” “Go to bed by 10 PM 5 nights a week.”
Outline how content supports those goals.
Every post, story, or email should connect back to the result you’re building toward.
Use your journal daily.
Reflection leads to refinement. Even 5 minutes a day makes a difference.

My Story
I’ve always been a dreamer.
But when I finally started writing down my dreams and mapping them to strategy?
Everything shifted.
I had a vision and a plan.
And that clarity gave me confidence to show up, tweak what wasn’t working, and scale what was.
If you’ve been stuck in “wing it” mode this is your reminder to get it on paper.
Your dreams deserve to live in reality.
