You Don’t Need a Tiny Niche — You Need a Wide AF Net

If you’ve ever been told you need to “niche down” until you’re boxed into one hyper-specific topic that makes you want to scream…
You’re not alone. 🙈

But let me offer you a different way to think about it
A way that actually feels expansive, not restrictive.

✨ You don’t need a tiny niche.
✨ You need a wide AF net that catches the right people without caging yourself in.

Let’s break it down and by the end of this blog, you’ll have a simple, powerful way to finally find your niche (and start creating content that actually leads somewhere).

Why “Niche Down” Advice Isn’t Working For You

If you’ve been spinning your wheels trying to build a brand online feeling burnt out, confused, or like you’re talking to a wall it’s probably not because you’re lazy.
It’s because you’re aiming at the wrong target.

Most traditional “niche advice” tells you:
🎯 Pick one specific person.
🎯 Talk about one specific topic.
🎯 Be ultra-focused all the time.

But here’s the truth:

✨ As women, our priorities, passions, and purpose evolve.
✨ You’re not static and neither is the woman you’re meant to serve.

When you force yourself into a tiny box, you cut yourself off from the real magic of your brand the part that connects deeply because it’s based on experience, not just strategy.

Instead of niching small,
niche clearly.
Solve one real problem.
For people who see themselves in your story and your solutions.

Your Niche = One Problem You Solve

Let’s simplify it:

✅ Your niche isn’t your whole life story.
✅ Your niche isn’t everything you’re good at.
✅ Your niche is ONE real problem you’ve personally overcome and can now help others solve.

When you think about it that way, everything gets easier:

→ Your content has a clear purpose.
→ Your offers naturally flow from your journey.
→ Your audience immediately knows if you’re the right person for them.

How to Find Your Wide AF Net (Simple Exercises)

✨ Here’s a method I teach my clients inside my academy and coaching:

Step 1: The T-Chart
On one side of the paper, list all your passions.
On the other, all your skills.

👉 Let it be messy.
👉 Let it grow over a few days.

Step 2: Find the Overlap
Pick your top 5 from each side.
Look for one topic that overlaps both passion and skill.

Step 3: Name the Problem
Under that topic, list at least 10 problems you personally faced when learning or mastering that topic.

✅ Those struggles are the bridge to your ICA.

Pick ONE of those problems the one that hits closest to your heart and that’s your niche.

Step 4: Build Your Content Pillars
List out all the possible ways to solve that problem.

Look for 3 main themes among your solutions.

✨ Those are your content pillars the big ideas you’ll create around to attract, nurture, and convert your audience.

Why This Works (When Other Niche Strategies Don’t)

Because instead of guessing who your audience should be —
You’re building from who you already are. 💛

You’re speaking from real experience.
You’re connecting through real struggles.
You’re offering real solutions.

And the woman you’re meant to serve?
She will feel that difference.

She’s not looking for another expert shouting from a mountaintop.
She’s looking for someone who’s walked the same messy path and can hand her the map.
